Karen M. Fairley

With experience in education, business and charitable organizations, Karen Fairley has been the President of McK Consulting Inc. since its beginning in 1994. Her seminars bring a great combination of energy and insight. Her experience includes the Toronto Board of Education, Peel Board of Education and with IBM. She currently teaches in the Greater Essex County District School Board in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

She is passionate about the need for great customer service in every area including education, government, retail and not-for-profits. 

She has a strong interest in curriculum and how to make the learning experience more meaningful and effective.  Karen employs her creative experiences in various kinds of art and music to enhance her presentations and to inspire others.

Karen is a graduate of the University of Toronto and York University with degrees in psychology and education. She also has her certification in Early Childhood Education.

Currently, Karen's seminar on The New Curriculum "Bringing Literacy To Life" is available to purchase online through the Iasis Store.  She also will release a music CD later this year.

Karen also does graphic art and website design as part of her interests.
